Rafael Fontanilla Martínez, a retiree of the Omnibus Astros company, was arrested by a police officer for alleged contempt when he was in a bus terminal trying to get a ticket to the province of Ciego de Ávila. Rafael was taken to the Park 24 police unit and released with a fine of five pesos for not having an identification document after being detained for 8 days. The policeman told him that the reason for his arrest was that Rafael was selling tickets illegally.
