Rafael Domínguez Vegas was summoned by sector police chief of his neighborhood to the police unit in Guantánamo known as Parque 24. The summons took place based on orders of the State Security. At the unit, he was threatened for not having a job and meeting with human rights defenders. The officials also told him that if they heard of any comment or post regarding the situation in the country, he would be prosecuted for disobedience under the law on dangerousness. Domínguez Vegas was released after 6 hours in detention.
