Activist tried without legal guarantees



Alberto Yosbanis activist, is sentenced for the crimes of theft and burglary to six years in prison. Defending his innocence and after a process without any legal guarantee, he suspects that the trial was a government strategy to imprison him for his links with the opposition. Besides the damage to his reputation for being convicted for such crimes, he is the target of continuous threats and beatings.
