Arbitrarily detained for being in the public road late at night.



On the 28 of June, Arquímedes Chacón, member of the Cuban movement Youth for the Democracy, was arbitrarily detained by the police in the public road. The police officers justified the detention claiming that he was wandering on the street at late night hours. which is not considered crime according to the law.
