Activist of Orlando Zapata Tamayo movement threatened on the street of la Habana

Aurelio Antonio Morales Ayala is a member of National Civic Resistance Front of Orlando Zapata Tamayo and Eastern Democratic Alliance. He was attacked by a stranger on a motorbike on August 24, 2013 when he was walking on the street with his family. He received many death threats and his family tried to protect him with their own bodies to prevent the shooting. The attacker took off when he saw the amount of witnesses he was facing to. It is worth mentioning that the only ones who possess guns in Cuba are the members of political police or police. Thus it is presumed that the whole act was organized by the police.
