An activist from Santiago de Cuba Province detained by State Security for 3 days

Yoendri Luna Caballero, an activist from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), was detained by two State Security (DSE) agents and two policemen when he was passing through the city center of Siboney, a place of his residence. This happened on 11 July 2021 when protests all around the island were taking place. He was taken to the police unit in Siboney as the officials thought he was about to join the protests. Luna Caballero was released at about 4 pm on July 13.
