Julio César, who is in jail Kilo 8 prison in Camagüey, called the headquarters of the Patriotic Union of Cuba (UNPACU) on October 15 to denounce the living conditions in which the inmates of the prison must live, as well as the violations committed against him. As result of his action, the State security officer, Yoan, ordered the suspension of Mr. Julio César's phone calls for a month, as punishment for the allegations made.
