He was going to participate in a video debate meeting scheduled every Thursday. When going down the steps of his house, police agents were waiting for him and forced him to get into and the patrol car and taken to the Police Department of Palma Soriano. He was told he had been detained because they could not allow other activists to conspire against the government. He was then taken to a cell where he remained for more than 8 hours being threatened and blackmailed by the police. He is constantly threatened to be emprisoned , his family being harmed if he continues his activism UNPACU.
