Epileptic Did Not Receive Timely Medical Asistance

Yonny Figueredo Pileta has epilepsy. His illness developed while serving in the FAR and while working as a member of the National Special Brigade of MININT. When he went to the party headquarters to complain that due to his illness he was not able to work and even buy his medicine, he was denied assistance, which caused him a nervous breakdown. Yonny climbed up a tree in front of the institution to commit suicide. As a result, police and party officials signed him into the psychiatric hospital.
