Activist prohibited by immigration from leaving the country to attend a social work event

On August 25, 2018 at 6:00 a.m. when Onelsys Díaz was going to travel to a social training event in Lima, Peru, she was prohibited from passing through immigration. The immigration officer took her to an office and told her that she was banned from leaving the country.
