Activist stopped when leaving the country to attend a social training event

On August 25, 2018 at 6:00 am when Yusleidy Becerra was travelling to a social training event in Lima, Peru, she was prohibited from passing through immigration. The immigration officer took her to an office and told her that she was prohibited from leaving the country. In two years this was the fifth time that she was not allowed to go out to participate in human rights events and workshops.
