Yamile Bargés was about to attend an event organized by the Ladies in White Movement. When she left her home in municipality of Plaza de la Revolución, she was detained by State Security officials (DSE) and National Revolutionary Police (PNR) and taken to the detention center known as El Vivac. She was released 10 hours later.
