Yohan left his house on his way to the hospital to visit his father who was hospitalized when he noticed a patrol car with two policemen and two motorcycles with agents in civilian clothes parked on the corner near his home; when Yohan arrived at the corner they intercepted him, asked him for his identity card and asked him where he was going. To this, Yohan handed over his ID card and answered the question, however, the policemen told him that he could not leave his house, that he had two options - to stay in his house or they would take him into custody. This annoyed Yohan, who protested and tried to continue walking, however, the policemen grabbed him, pushed him against the patrol car, handcuffed him and took him to the third PNR unit. Once in the unit, they searched him from head to toe, took all his belongings and detained him for nine hours, after which he was released without further explanation.
