UNPACU activist Raudel Martínez Millán went to the Municipality of Manuel Tames, where he got was arrested on a street by State Security Officer Arturo and the head of the sector. Raudel was taken to the unit of the National Revolutionary Police, where he was accused of putting up several posters that appeared in the town of Manuel Tames. He was detained for more than 13 hours.
