Mr. Rafael Puente Creme is secluded in the Guantánamo Prison. On that day, he was taken to the offices in the prison in order to meet Major Modesta who is the head of the State Security and other officials. According to Modesto, Rafael Creme is commiting crimes and he threatened him with accusation of counter-revolutionary activities based on the criminal law. According to the official, he has links with Jorge Agramontés for whom he was capturing the information from the prison and to whom he was sending an enemy propaganda. Moreover, they knew about his links with an activist Henry Couto who tried to enter the building to visit him. When Rafael was being taken back to the cell, he could have seen all his personal belongings including his papers and books arranged on the floor.
