Police detains a pedicab driver and confiscates his vehicle

When the victim was passing through the Martí Street, close to the municipal hospital, he was stopped by a police officer known as Clape, accompanied by two inspectors. After that, he was transported to the police station. There he was kept for about 4 hours and fined 1000 pesos in CUP. Official Cornelio, who received the victim at the police station, told him that his pedicap would be confiscated. 5 days later, the victim got back his pedicab, however there were several components missing such as battery and mirrors. When he wanted to lodge a complaint, he was told that his pedicab could be confiscated again, so the victim rather left the place without lodging the complaint.
