Seller is detained without legal reason and suffers valuable losses

On June 18, 2018, Victor Manuel, who works independently outside of the Provincial Hospital Abel Santamaría in the Province of Pinar del Río and who has all his permits and payments up to day, was arrested by the Chief of Patrol of the Province of Pinar del Rio, known as Chala, and by Andrés Montano, head of Illegalities Office who took him along with other vendors to the Pinar del Río police unit without legal reason. The man denounced his loss and those responsible before the Office of Attention to Citizenship and has not yet received a response.
