Dario Alba Jiménez was summoned to the police department known as Parque 24. There he was threatened for not having a job and for meeting the opponents of the regime in his quarter. The official Rafael Sarmientos Legra also warned him that he could be prosecuted for dangerousness if he continued with his activities. He was released on the same day after ten hours of detention.
