Activist detained in a bakery

Human rights activist, Victor Moisés Orihuela, was in a bakery in the early morning hours buying bread. Just then, the State Security (DSE) official known as Richard and the head of the sector, Edi, arrived and Orihuela was arrested in front of all of his neighbors that were there. He was taken to the National Revolutionary Police station of Manuel Tames, where he was interrogated by Richard and accused of putting up various posters in his neighborhood. The DSE agent told him that if he was still in the opposition, he would soon end up in prison. He was released the same day at 3 pm.
