Protestor over power outages is detained for two days without being able to see anyone, fined with 5000 pesos and threatened of being processed if she protests again.



Yadiraidis was detained while participating in a protest against the blackouts. She was held for two days in the third unit without being allowed to see anyone. When she was released she was fined 5000 pesos and threatened that if she protested again she would be prosecuted.
