Ester Idania Rubio Fabre realized that his brother Ivan Rubio Fabre was being beaten near his home, so she hurried there. When she arrived, she saw that it was the police led by Major Rojas who were beating her brother. She started to shout at them to release her brother and to not to beat him any more. Immediately, a uniformed woman rushed over and began to beat her too. Ester was taken to the police unit Parque 24 where she was locked up for 24 hours and released under precautionary measures until the day of the trial. She is accused of attack by Major Rojas.
