Elaidis Favier Duran together with two other human rights activists tried to attend Mass in the church of Santa Catalina Rici as the Ladies in White (Damas de Blanco) do it every Sunday at Guantanamo. When she was passing the checkpoint of Caimanera, State Security along with other policemen impedede her traveling to Guantanamo, so she could not attend the Mass.
