On April 16, 2015 the head of sector was looking for the victim to make an index of danger. Yunior Savigne Rivera asked what was the proof of the danger of the case. The sector chief referred to him that if he was crazy, he would hit him in front of several neighbours. Yunior Savigne Rivera was taken by force and now is accused of contempt. It was visited by security officers who referred him to stop such behaviour.
