In the afternoon on April 15, in the community of Palmarito Cauto, the political police detained Ruben Torres Saiz and 12 other activists from UNPACU and Citizens for Democracy, on their way to a political meeting, accompanied by a video debate. Several of them were beaten and mistreated by the oppressors.
