Political prisoner receives threats and has his belongings damaged by officers.

Enrique is a human rights activist and member of the Patriotic Union of Cuba. Enrique is currently being held in Guantanamo prison for allegedly committing the crimes of contempt and resistance. On February 10, Enrique was summoned and transferred to another building on the orders of high-ranking officials. While there, he received threats of being beaten or even raped. When he was taken back to his cell, his belongings were found in the bathroom latrine, broken and with fecal waste.
