Lázaro Yuri Valle Roca has been arrested countless times in the first quarter of 2018, leaving him without work. These arrests often involve the breaking of cameras and cell phones, throwing acid, and inserting location chips and viruses into his electronic devices. Additionally, ETECSA, the monopolizer of Cuban communications, together with State Security, intervene in telephone calls and messages, blocking the NAUTA application. The victim is then deprived of sending messages, reading news, twitter, and taking photos.
