Citizen detained for four hours is threatened with wiretapping and disobedience charges



Romero Mengana was threatened by the Sector Chief and the State Security Major. The threat consisted of cutting off his cell phone communication if he participated in any activity with opponents on December 10, Human Rights Day, and of prosecuting him for the crime of disobedience. After 4 hours detained in the Police Unit he was released.
