An activist from Havana was a victim of a house search



A house of an independent journalist, Fran Correa, was searched by secret police agents and uniformed police. In total, eight people participated in the house search which took about two hours. The officials confiscated the laptop and the cell phone of the activist. In reality, the officials were looking for hard copies of José Martí’s thoughts which Correa had been distributing among the people. When they found it, the search was terminated in few minutes.
