Jose Cano Fuentes, a Cuban human rights defender, was summoned by the Sub Lieutenant to appear at the Police Unit Parque 24. Once there, he was threatened for not having a job and organizing meetings with young people from his neighborhood. Mr. Suarez threatened with a charge of social pre-criminal danger if he continues his activities. José was released after 8 hours.
