Human rights defender fined for distributing food



Félix Navarro Rodríguez was detained when he was distributing food to people in need. When he was leaving the house of one of the people he had visited with the food, he was detained by secret police officials known as Dayron and Yuniel. When they arrived to the police station, he was kept in the lobby for some time and then sent to the second floor. Before being released, he was fined 150 pesos in CUP, based on Decree-law 141, Article 2.
