Forced to remain on his farm after expressing his opinion to State Security Captain and Lieutenant of the National Revolutionary Police

On July 20, independent peasant Héctor Martínez Campo was threatened by Neuri Durán Pajan, State Security Captain, and Feyo Nicle Hernández, lieutenant of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR). The activist told them that they should protect the people instead of repressing and beating them. As a result, the officers told him that he could not leave his farm, otherwise he would be arrested.
