Augustin was standing at the corner of the street with his friend Pavel, when two police officers showed up and wanted to check his documents. After a short discussion, the officers used pepper spray against him and detained him by force. Pavel was driven to the police station in Guantánamo, where he was kept for 5 days and accused of double assault.
