Human rights activist prevented from travelling to Panama

Yeris was on the way to Panama, taking a flight at 12 pm. After having done his check-in, he approached the migration office at the aiport. The officials working there told him, that according to the system he is restricted from travelling and he cannot board his flight to Panama. After that, Yeris went to the respective office of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT), which is in charge of processing the travels, to ask about the issue. He was told that his status had been classified as regulated. Until today, this victim has been in the same situation.
