The journalist Osmel Ramírez was regulated (forbidden to leave the country) at Terminal 3 "José Martí" in Havana, for his activism and for being an independent journalist working for the Diario de Cuba and the Havana Times. At the time of the events, the journalist had been regulated for two more years.
