Leonel Perez Jimenez was detained at his home. After two days being imprisoned, he was released without - telling him the reason of his detention - apologizing him for the mistake that had been his detention. Leonel told them they always makes mistakes and never do their job well. Immediately, Captain Alias Romero came out and fined him 300 pesos for lack of respect for authority and threatened him with another detention for disobedience.
