Yoan was taken to the police unit in handcuffs, and once there he was taken to an interrogation office where he remained handcuffed for several hours. When Captain Bueno arrived to interrogate him, he told him that he had detained him because he had information that Yoan wanted to leave the country illegally, due to this, Yoan asked him to show him proof of this information, however, Captain Bueno informed him that it was not necessary to have proof, since the law protected him and that he could detain him.
