Celina Osoria Claro was detained by the State Security (DSE) officials known as Víctor Víctor, Edwin Jefferson or Kevin, Leonis, Sergio and Luis Ángel or Roberto on the Calixto García and Prado Streets in Guantánamo. This happened when Celina and her husband received a phone call from their collaborator who was asking for a help as he was being detained in the Western Union. Celina arrived there and she ended up detained as well. She was then taken to the police unit Parque 24. There, the police chief from her neighborhood, 1st Lieutenant José Sánchez Noblé, issued her an official warning for so-called pre-criminal social dangerousness. Celina was also threatened with imprisonment for the above-mentioned crime she was allegedly committing. She was released at about 4 pm on the same day, without any further consequences.
