At 10:30 a.m. on November 14, "Lieutenant Ricardo" went to Niober García's house to give him an official citation to be interviewed at the Parque 24 police station. When he went there, he was interrogated by "Captain Rojas", who accused him of committing the crime of inciting the population to publicly manifest against the government, based on Article 56 of the Cuban Constitution and Article 62 of the Penal Code, as well as committing aggressive acts. They tried to hand him a warning letter, which Mr. Garcia refused to sign. Subsequently, his fingerprints were taken, his technical file was updated and new photos were taken for his file. The State Security Officer, known as Sergio, informed him that he had been warned and could not leave his house for the rest of the day or on November 15, otherwise he would be prosecuted for disobedience. At 2:00 pm that same day, two State Security Officer agents were placed outside Don Garcia's house to prevent him from leaving, he tried to do so twice, but on both occasions, he was forced to re-enter it.
