Inmate to be held uncommunicated for 2 months with family members for not standing straight in front of unit commander

Jesús David, political prisoner and 11J protester, was subjected to a Disciplinary Council led by the head of the prison and the head of Internal Order, with the participation of other military personnel. The authorities decided to punish Jesus by suspending telephone calls to his relatives for a period of 2 months, this under the argument that the inmate did not stand firm when he was in front of the Chief of the Unit, which constituted for them a serious lack of discipline.
