On January 10, Henry Couto Guzmán was summoned to the offices of Atención a la Ciudadanía to inform him that he would continue to be "regulated" because he was of interest to the State Security Organs. Henry argued that he had never had anything to do with the government, so he does not handle vital State information, however, he was told that they did not have the answer to his problem and that he would continue to be "regulated".
