Yosmel was detained during his trip through his province

Yosmel Martinez was arrested along with two of his friends at the entrance of the municipality Sagua la Grande returning from Santa Clara. The perpetrators were agents of the National Police and the State Security. The motive of the detention was the distribution of documents of the Citizen Demand for Another Cuba in the town of Cifuentes . He was handcuffed and transferred in a patrol car to the Police Unit. An Interior Ministry agent beat him and offended him. The authorities refused to receive the complaint at the Quemado de Güines Police Unit.
