Like his mother, uncles and grandmother, the victim is a member of the opposition. Around noon, a neighbor began to make a fuss in front of his house, at that the moment, the street was full of people who began to shout at them, calling them revolutionaries and worms. So the victim and his little sister ran into a room to hide, and from there they kept hearing death threats against their family and even themselves, with the neighbors saying that they were going to take them away from their mother and put them in a juvenile prison and that they were going to put their whole family in jail. He and his little sister spent most of the afternoon crying, afraid of the noise, and then they didn't dare go out in the street for fear that they would do something harmful to them. According to his mother, the two minors still psychologically affected by the repeated aggressions and acts of repudiation suffered by the family.
