Wenceslao was summoned to the police station. When he arrived, he saw Captain Oreste offending verbally his sister. Wenceslao expressed his feeling about the situation as he said to the captain that he did not consider this behavior as respectful. Wenceslao was immediately punched by the officer to his left eye and he felt down. Two officers along with Captain Oreste took him to the cell. On April 7th, the trial was celebrated in the military court and Wenceslao was sentenced to jail for one year and half for the offence of "contempt". The prison is located at the Kilo 5 at Pinar del Río.
