Yudelier was held 2 days in detention due to his disagreement with a new law



The inspectors of the Department of Inspection and Supervision had a meeting with the taxi drivers at the "Piquera", to announce the implementation of the government resolution to lower the cost of the tariffs. Yudelier showed his disagreement with the law and said that he was going to go to the government to voice his opinion. Inspector Jorge Carmenate shouted at him that it would not solve anything. Yudelier was leaving the place in his vehicle, when he was intercepted by a truck of the special command of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR). They got him out of the car pushing him and drove him along with other drivers who followed him to the 3rd PNR Unit, where they were held. After two days of detention, he was taken to the office of the official Carlos Iraola, who got him sign the document of confiscation of his means of transport and a fine of 1500 pesos and a summon to the labor ministry to analyze his attitude because of the withdrawal of the permission. Yudelier has submitted his complaint to the municipal prosecutor's office, labor body and municipal government and the answer has always been that the PNR acted in accordance with the law.
