In the morning, 30 December 2020, Celina Osoria Claro was walking down the Los Maceos and Prado Streets, when she was detained by patrol car no. 613. Then she was driven to the police unit called Parque 24 in the city of Guantánamo where she was kept without being explained any reason for the detention. At 4 pm, she was taken to an interrogation room and received by State Security officials Víctor and Leonis. “We have an information that some posters will be circulating in the city. If we catch you, not even doctors will be able to save you,” said Leonis to Celina. “Stay at home and do not go out. And advise Henry Couto and Bartolo Cantillo to do the same,” concluded the officials.
