Activistist's household checked by State Security agents after 11J protests

On August 26, 2020, Luisa Bárbara Martínez Silba was visited by state security Gustavo and another unidentified member. The visit was in the area of Pinos, in the municipality of Banes. The objective of the visit was to let her know that they are following her movements and to frighten her. Dictators constantly employ this strategy to scare activists, so they believe that they are supporting a failed system. The dictators used this method after the July 11 protests.
