Independent journalist arrested after the seize of his belongings during a search in his home



On 26th January, confrontation chief Fredi Aguero, instructor Parras, and other political police officers went to the home of independent journalist Eliecer Palma Pupo to conduct a search. During the search that took place at 2 pm, they confiscated all the technological objects and at 4 pm they took him to the police unit in San German. There they locked him up in the dungeons until 5 pm on the 30th of the same month when they released him without charge but did not hand over his belongings.
