Prisoner in Guantánamo beaten with walking sticks



Oscar Espinoza is imprisoned in Guantánamo Provincial Prison. On February 13, 2016, Marcelino Bueno, a prison officer, took him to disciplinary cell without any explonation. When Oscar repeatedly asked, why he had been taken there, two officers Oscar Perez Campo and Eliecer started beating him with walking sticks over the whole body. At the same day, Celina Osoria Claro, Oscar´s mother, talked to Deputy Chief Diosbel Cobas Jay who told her that her son had been taken to the disciplinary cell for security reasons.
