Cuban citizen Ketty Mendez has a daughter who suffers from several health pathologies of irreversible character. Having to devote herself to the extreme care of her daughter, without adequate housing and medical care for the child, she has not been able to develop professionally as a composer and singer neither to give her daughter the conditions she needs to live decently. They have not receive help from the government.
