Ramirez Gonzalez was held for 5 hours by the police, who threatened him for not having a work relationship and for meeting with human rights defenders, as well as warning him of being charged with the crime of disobedience and dangerousness.

Ramirez Gonzalez was summoned by the Sector Chief of his Area to the 24th Police Park Unit. The order came from the State Security, with which he was threatened for not having a work relationship and for allegedly meeting with Human Rights Defenders. The police officers warned him that if they found out that he had made any comment or publication about the situation in the country, they would prosecute him for a crime of disobedience and would apply a dangerousness index. Ramirez Gonzalez was released 5 hours after presenting himself at the police station.
